Site Usability Statement
We build this site so that people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and reduced-motion settings can use every part of it.
Our standard
We work to meet the Web Content Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is treated as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time audit.
What we have implemented
- Full keyboard navigation with a skip-to-content link
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- A single, ordered heading hierarchy on each page
- Descriptive link text rather than “click here”
- Labelled form fields with grouped error summaries announced to assistive technology
- Color contrast that meets AA for body and interface text
- Respect for the operating system reduced-motion preference
- Descriptive alternative text for every meaningful image
- Captions or transcripts for any video we publish
- Text that scales without loss of content or function
- A mobile navigation menu with large tap targets
- No text presented only as an image
Known limitations
Photography placeholders currently stand in for authentic farm photographs. Each placeholder already carries the descriptive text its final image will use. Documents published in the future, such as annual reports, will be reviewed against the same standard before release.
Tell us about a problem
